If you stop by on a Monday they offer specials on their margaritas and it is always a good time. La Paz in Destin is also home to fantastic coastal inspired dishes including grouper tacos!

Searching for a taste of the Orient? Get ready to experience amazing Sushi and Hibachi restaurants in Destin. Nothing is better paired with dinner than a show. If you want an event and a meal, Hibachi is the way to go. Harbor Docks is a long time local favorite for both Sushi and Hibachi. Several Hibachi grills with the harbor as a back drop offer an unforgettable meal. If you have a large group Osakas offers plenty of room for entertaining and serving up the entire group. Sushimoto is the newest restaurant offering Sushi, so be sure to stop by and enjoy hand rolled offering directly form the owner/chef.

If it is Ice Cream you are searching for it does not get any better than the made today freshness of the Marble Slab. If time is not an issue then make a special trip to the Melting Pot. Be sure to try their Banana's Foster white chocolate fondue. We dare you to find a better dessert in Destin.

Last but not least is the Honorable Mention. This is where we highlight restaurants we think you should visit in Destin but they did not fit into any of the previous dining categories. The first is the local favorite, Bonefish. This popular chain could have easily fit in the Seafood category but since there is a chance you have one back home we did not highlight it. So if you have not tired it yet maybe your trip to Destin should be your first. The second eatery of choice is McGuire's. McGuire's is a locally owned Irish pub. They feature nightly drink specials as well as the famous $100 Hamburger. You have to make a special trip to this restaurant and see why the burger commands such a high premium.
